Integrate your data

Bring your world in.
Keep it yours.

Your systems, your procedures, your media, your sensors. LIVEOP unifies them into one operational picture, then pushes that picture back out to the people who act on it. We are the layer in between, never the owner.

How it works

Three stages,
one picture.

Connect what you already run, unify it into one operational picture, then act on it. Nothing is migrated, nothing is replaced, and every step stays traceable.

  1. 01Connect

Whatever you already run. Open standards in: your systems stay where they are, nothing is migrated, nothing is locked away.

  2. 02Unify

One operational picture. Geography, identity and incident context, shared by every application. Governed, auditable, human in the loop.

  3. 03Act

Inform, collaborate, automate. Out to responders, vehicles and the control room, and back again as evidence, reports and learning.

LIVEOPone operational picture
Your operation
Inform

The right picture on the right screen: in the vehicle, in the field, in the room.

Collaborate

Every discipline and agency working the same incident, in both directions.

Automate & evaluate

Routine steps run themselves, and every action becomes reportable evidence.

Your people, vehicles and control room
Evidence and learning flow back
Your data stays yours

In your region, in your tenant, exportable in open formats whenever you ask for it.

Open standards in and out

No proprietary trap on either side of the platform. What comes in can leave the same way.

Human in the loop

Automation proposes, your people decide, and every step stays traceable and auditable.

What we connect

The systems you already run.

These are examples, not a supported-list. If a system can speak an open standard or expose an interface, it can contribute to the picture.

Operational data
Control room and dispatch

Incident data from your control room systems, resource and duty information, and the databases your service already maintains.

Geography
Maps, layers and objects

Your own geo servers and map layers, building and object data, hydrants, risk objects and area boundaries.

Procedures
Documents and scenarios

Procedures, risk profiles, event calendars and attack plans, kept where your organization already manages them.

Media
Live video and archives

Camera feeds, live streams from the scene, and the photo and video archive built up over years of operations.

Sensors
Drones and IoT

Drone streams, measurement equipment, telemetry and any sensor that reports something an incident commander needs.

External context
Weather, capacity, registers

Weather and hazard information, hospital capacity, hazmat databases and the registers your region depends on.

What it takes

The questions your IT team will ask.

Do we have to replace our control room system?
No. LIVEOP connects to it. Your existing systems keep running exactly as they do today, and what is new is the picture built on top of them. Nothing is decommissioned to make room for us.
Is anything migrated?
No. Your data stays in the systems that own it. LIVEOP reads what it needs, when it needs it, and writes back what your people produce. There is no lift-and-shift and no cut-over weekend.
Who does the connecting work?
We do. Our engineers build and maintain the connection, working with whoever administers the source system on your side. Your IT team is involved in access and review, not in building integrations.
What if we change a source system later?
The connection is maintained as part of the platform. When a source changes, the connection is updated, and because everything runs on open standards you are never holding a proprietary format that only we can read.
Can we get our data back out?
Yes, in open formats, whenever you ask. What comes in can leave the same way, including to systems we did not build.
Where does the automation stop and our people start?
Automation proposes and surfaces; your people decide. Every step is traceable and auditable, so a decision can always be reconstructed afterwards.

Want to go through the architecture?

Bring your systems list and your questions. One of our architects will walk your IT and operational people through how the connections work, what stays where, and what it takes on your side.
