The intelligence platform for emergency services.
Decide better. Move faster. Stay independent.
In daily service with fire, ambulance, police, aviation, sea rescue and industry
A ready-to-use platform for the modern emergency service.
One platform, with applications that connect the critical processes of fire, ambulance and police: responding to an incident, scaling up when it escalates, coordinating behind it and preparing for the next one. Ready to use from day one, connected to the systems you already run.
Every application works on the same live information, so what you plan and prepare is already there when it counts.
On scene, in the vehicle and in the control room.
When every minute counts twice.
The engines that decide, connect and plan.
Fire, ambulance and police work on the same information, and each organisation decides what it shares, down to the discipline and the incident.
Familiar, native apps that need practically no training, scored higher than the nearest alternative on all ten Nielsen usability heuristics.
LIVEOP connects to your control-room system and your own sources through open standards. Start with one application and add the next when you are ready.
Intelligence you can govern.
Decisions you own.
Connect the systems and sources you already run. LIVEOP turns it into one decision-ready picture. No black box, your data remains under your governance. The system surfaces what matters; the call stays with your people.
Mission-critical systems
are engineered as one.
In aviation and spaceflight, hardware, software and human operation are designed and validated together. We bring the same systems discipline to emergency response. That is why LIVEOP chose Apple for the field: a controlled device and operating-system stack that lets us build natively and validate the application, operating system and hardware as one complete configuration.
Beyond the field, the same operational picture runs in the browser across the office, action center and control room. One platform, engineered for field reliability and broad compatibility.
Responder applications are built directly for iOS and iPadOS. Native access to device performance, graphics and security reduces technical layers and gives LIVEOP tighter control over how the software behaves in the field.
Before release, we test LIVEOP with the device, operating system and security configuration used by crews. The complete field setup is known and verified before it enters an operation.
Devices can be enrolled, secured, configured and updated centrally. New hardware reaches crews ready for use, while fleet-wide changes roll out without handling every device individually.
The interface combines familiar Apple interaction patterns with workflows designed for emergency response. Independently scored 10/10 against the nearest alternative, LIVEOP requires near-zero training.
LIVENAV puts emergency guidance on the vehicle's existing display through native CarPlay, removing the need for a separate navigation unit or additional screen.
No LIVEOP desktop software to install or maintain locally. Users open the platform in a supported browser and work from the same current incidents, information and permissions as the field.
Make LIVEOP reflect
the operation.
Your team configures roles, resources, security, connections and applications directly in the platform. LIVEOP fits the way your service works while remaining standardized, supported and continuously upgradeable.
Manage users, vehicles, units, profiles and operational roles directly from the Admin Center.
Configure permissions, identity, single sign-on and security policies around the responsibilities of each role.
Connect operational sources and control which information becomes available to each team and application.
Start with the application that addresses the greatest need. Add more as the operation advances, without replacing the platform or disrupting what is already in use.
Independent by design.
You own the platform, your data, and the way out.
In public safety, dependence on a vendor is an operational risk. We treated it as one. Independence is not a concession we make at renewal, it is how the platform is built.
“That information is crucial for me. It allows me to form an accurate picture of the situation and make my first decision right away.”
From the alert on the responder's watch to the route on CarPlay and one shared picture on scene: see how the safety regions of Zuid-Limburg and Gelderland-Midden respond faster and safer with LIVEOP.
Taking care of those who take care of others.
Wellbeing is the first of our three core values. Every screen we build is held to one question: does it make a responder's work lighter?
- Built on the scene. Shaped with the crews that use it, and seen at work by our developers on live shifts.
- Clear under pressure. Familiar, best-in-class interfaces that need practically no training.
- The answer before the question. On-device AI prepares what a responder needs before they ask.

Most of the help will not be from here.
A crisis large enough to matter outgrows any single service's capacity before it is even declared. What arrives is reinforcement: people who have never worked that ground before, coordinating through a command structure most of them are meeting for the first time. LIVEOP's argument is that this should be prepared for in advance, not organised for the first time on the day it happens.

Assistance from other safety regions filled key roles inside the crisis organisation itself, alongside around 800 military personnel deployed in support. See the sources
